The secondary Live View monitor's touch screen is not compatible with macOS. The display will work, but touch functionality is not supported.

Canon EOS 6D and Canon EOS 5D Mark III are not supported due to problems with aperture settings.

Information for Motorized Stand users

There is a power adapter DC Coupler Canon DR-E6 built into the Motorized Stand.
Any camera that has battery type LP-E6 or LP-E6N will work with the Motorized Stand.

Note 1 — Camera supported by Orbitvu Station from version 24.2.2.

Note 2 — Recommended for fashion photos and videos.

Note 3 — Requires CANON MOUNT ADAPTER EF-EOS R for compatibility with EF lenses.

Note 4 — Canon EG-E1 camera extension grip is needed.

Note 5 — The camera is not recommended as top camera for Alphastudio family (Alphastudio XXL, Alphastudio Compact) and Alphashot XL family.

Note 6 — Camera supported by Orbitvu Station from version 22.1.1.

Note 7 — Camera supported by Orbitvu Station from version 23.1.1.

Note 8 — The camera is recommended with Motorized Stand (used in E-comm family).

Note 9 — Camera supported by Orbitvu Station from version 23.1.1.

Note 10 — The camera may experience issues with the front connection of Micro or Micro V2. It is recommended to connect the camera directly to the computer.

Note 11 — It is not compatible with Orbitvu Motorized Stand.

Note 12 — Camera supported by Orbitvu Station from version 26.2.0.

Information for Motorized Stand users

The Motorized Stand is provided with the Motorized Zoom 4.0. The zoom is dedicated to a specific lens model.

Compatible lenses:

Canon RF 70-200MM f/2.8 L IS USM

Note 1 — Recommended for small-sized product photography in Alphashot Micro.

Note 2 — Compatible only with EOS R System.

Note 3 — Min. Focus Distance 1.2m.

Note 4 — Min. Focus Distance 1m.

Note 5 — Not recommended with Superfocus.

Note 6 — Not compatible with EOS R System, unless you use a Canon Mount Adapter EF-EOS R.
